Comparisons for Different Versions of Steins;Gate

Steins;Gate XBOX360 Released October 15 2009 - The Limited edition includes Future Gadget No 3 and a VISUAL COLLECTION booklet. DLC’s that include extended features added in the PC version are available for 400 MSP at the Xbox Market Place.

Steins;Gate for Windows Released October 26 2010 –  Differences from the Xbox 360 version:

  1. Added Character Images for Rukako’s father, Feiris’s father, and 4°C
  2. Extra Promotion Video
  3. New CG’s
  4. Mayushi Cosplay Patch
  5. Needs to be authorized online
  6. Other minor fixes included
  7. Sound source changed from 5.1ch to 2.1ch
  8. Resolution changed from 720p to 1024×768
  9. Controller deteriorated compared to xbox version
  10. Several major bugs and other known bugs have been reported

Steins;Gate for PSP Released June 23 2011
Added Content

  1. New Opening Movie (Space Engineer 「宇宙エンジニア」 - Itou Kanako)
  2. New ED: FES (CV. Sakakibara Yui) Preghiera Moonlit Light 「プレギエーラの月夜に」
  3. Content added to PC version included.
  4. Limited Edition includes a Laboratory Member supply kit (Slipper + science coat)
  5. Achievements have been removed in the PSP version.
  6. Improved Backlog system.

Steins;Gate for the iPhone Released August 25 2011

  1. Runs on the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad
  2. Touch Panel controls
  3. Phone Trigger system optimized for the iOS interface.
  4. Includes content added to PC version.
  5. The only version available for download & sale world wide at the App Store.

  1. Is there any known difference between the original Steins;Gate for Windows and the newer Steins;Gate for Windows Nitro The Best! Vol.5 version?
